Delivery & payment
Standard delivery is Rs. 200 for orders below Rs. 2,000. Orders from Rs. 2,000 qualify for free delivery. The checkout shows your order total before you confirm. Cash on delivery is available; delivery timing depends on your city and product availability. Ask our team for a current estimate.
An issue with your order?
Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs if an item arrived damaged or different from your order. Keep the packaging while our team reviews your request. Return eligibility and next steps depend on the item and issue; confirm them with us before sending anything back. Parcel inspection before payment is subject to the courier's service.

Use the tracking number provided for your order, or message our team with your order number for an update. We will never ask for your card PIN or one-time banking password.
